It’s a nice hotel and a comfortable room. The staff were nice but very few of the staff spoke English. Club sandwich was excellent.

The room i was given was comfortable and well appointed. I can see the Potala Palace in the distance. Appreciate the daily fruits, water and 2 portable oxygen canisters provided daily. The humidifier and oxygen machine was very much appreciated. Staff are friendly, and tries their best to help/understand what is asked of them - one even had used a “translator” to be able to communicate in english. Efforts appreciated. Noted that a lot of the staff are fluent enough.

Unique hotel with amazing arquitectura and sophisticated decoration. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful background nature sounds . The staff is amazing , talented and friendly and well trained The rooms are very top notch! Breakfast room is a treat .

View to Potala Palaca was amazing. Great Spa, delicious and various food. Friendly personal. And especially Ashley and Tsering.

Very pleasant staff. Lower level Chinese restaurant was excellent despite that staff was not very attentive and we needed to be patient until someone came.

breakfast is OK and the staff in buffet is kind. The location is perfect, it takes 3-5mins walk to Tibet museum and norbulingka. And if you want you can go to Potala Palace by walk. The hotel has good view of Potala Palace
